The NDTCI was established to facilitate NDTC services that interface with foreign countries. NDTCI is also authorized through its Board of Directors to raise money through tax deductible donations for activities to include support for the crisis in Ukraine or other approved countries.
The NDTCI will facilitate appropriate law enforcement support with our allies, and may provide supportive activities with legally authorized countries that serve the interest of establishing peace and stability.
NDTCI has received requests for training and collaborative engagement with other countries. Some requests may be for services that are not related to government/public sector law enforcement and must be referred via the NDTC Chief Executive Officer to the private sector National De-escalation Training Center, LLC. Exceptions may be made for Board-authorized foreign relief and support.
State and federal laws restrict and may prohibit certain business activity with foreign countries. There are also particular countries with which no business activity is permitted. Accordingly, all inquiries for services involving foreign countries must be submitted to the NDTC Chief Executive Officer for approval and possible further development. In some cases the Chief Executive Officer may refer the proposal to the National De-escalation Training Center, LLC.
