Dr. Guarnieri holds a Juris Doctor, a Doctorate in Strategic Security, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration specializing in Managerial Psychology. He practiced law, as a trial attorney, for more than 20 years. When we were attacked on 9/11, Dr. Guarnieri became the Chairman on the National Conference on Homeland Security, a 501 ©(3) corporation, and assisted the White House and Congress in forming the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Dr. Guarnieri was the Director of Training at the University of South Florida's National Intelligence Program, which was funded by the Officer of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and administered by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). In this program, he trained and educated individuals for placement within the intelligence community and developed Limbic Suppression, the fastest known method to eliminate the fear of public speaking. In 2015, while an instructor at the ODNI funded program, he developed and published the first major revision to the word-recognized DISC personality model in 90 years, DISC Esoterica™. His personality model has been taught to law enforcement, the intelligence community, private enterprises, and active duty military personnel.
Dr. Guarnieri has served on the executive boards of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association and Association for Intelligence Officers. He also a combat veteran.
Sunday, October 3rd: NDTC Medical Director, Dr. Tim Eckstein, has ordered the resuming of training activities at the Southwestern National Regional Training Center (SWRTC). The remaining five (5) NDTC Regional Training Centers are not currently impacted because their (respective) rate of positive COVID-19 tests have not been more than 15%. Dr. Eckstein is continuously monitoring the situation in the National Network and will direct any changes as may be necessary.
